"They rubbed a little around the heel the..."
They rubbed a little around the heel the first couple of days, but after wearing them a few times they softened up and now feel great. I really like the support in the sole and how they stay comfortable for walking around all day. I’d give them 5 stars if they felt this good right out of the box

"Comfy Shoes Without the Guilt Trip"
These shoes feel really good, which is apparently way more than I can ask from half the shoes I’ve bought lately. They’re comfortable, they look nice, and I actually like that they’re made with recycled materials. Like, finally, a purchase that doesn’t make me feel like I’m personally ruining the planet just because I needed new shoes. Small win, but I’ll take it

"Super comfy for warm days"
I picked up a pair for summer walks, and they’ve been great so far. My feet don’t feel trapped or overheated, even when I wore them all day at work and ended up running around more than usual because the printer kept jamming. No sweaty sock feeling, which is a big win. They’re really light and comfy, and I’m glad I decided to try them.

I picked these up because my feet usually start feeling tired way too fast, and I’ve been impressed because the arch support hits that nice middle ground where it’s not stiff or awkward but also not totally flat, and I wore them all through a weekend trip with a lot of walking around and by the end my feet weren’t aching like they usually do, so I’m definitely happy with them so far.

"I do like these shoes overall…"
I do like these shoes overall, and they feel good for regular wear, but I’m a little let down by the odor resistance. I can’t really explain it, I just expected them to hold up better in that area. They’re fine for shorter days, but after a few wears they definitely still need to be aired out. Not a dealbreaker, just something that bothered me more than I thought it would.

The first thing I noticed when I put these Allbirds on was how light they felt. I’ve been wearing them for neighborhood walks and quick errands, and my feet feel a lot less tired than they do in some of my other shoes.

"My office walks are finally not a full-on sound effect"
I bought these because my old sneakers squeaked so loudly on the office floor that I swear everyone could hear me coming from a mile away. These are SO much quieter, even on tile, and I can finally walk around without feeling like the main character in an awkward comedy scene. They’re also super comfy, which feels like a tiny miracle. Shipping was totally fine too, no drama at all.

I ordered a pair from allbirds sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, and the shipping was quicker than I expected. They sent the tracking pretty much right away, and the box showed up when they said it would. I ended up needing a different size, so I started the return online, and it was really straightforward. Didn’t take more than a few minutes. The refund came through not long after, without me having to email or chase anyone down. that’s exactly what I want when I shop online, so it’s 5 stars from me.

"Easy exchange and really helpful support"
I ordered the wrong size and reached out to Allbirds, not expecting much. Their support got back to me quickly and was basically like, “No worries, we can help get this sorted,” which was nice to hear. They didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops either. "Soft and sturdy"
This feels really nice. It’s soft but still sturdy, and it doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel you sometimes get. Going with something rougher or less durable is definitely avoidable if you pick this. Feels worth the money

"Held Up Better Than I Was Led to Believe"
I’ve had my Allbirds for over a year now, i feel a little misled by all the comments I’d seen saying they don’t last. I wear mine all the time for walks, errands, and even when I travel, and they’re still in really good shape. The soles definitely show some wear, but nothing crazy, and the fabric hasn’t ripped or gotten weird. I didn’t expect them to hold up this well, but they have. I’d buy them again.

"Great grip for daily walks!!"
I’ve been wearing my Allbirds for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with how much grip they have!! I walk to work most days, even when the sidewalks are a little damp, and I haven’t had that annoying slippery feeling at all.
They also feel really steady on stairs and on smooth floors, which was something I was hoping for. They’re simple, comfy shoes, but they do exactly what I need them to do!!

"Good shoes, even if the marketing is a bit much"
I’ve bought two pairs of Allbirds at this point, i think the price is fair for what you get. They’re definitely not cheap, and I usually roll my eyes a bit at all the polished “sustainable comfort” type language companies use, but the shoes have actually held up well for me. I wear them a lot, they’re comfortable, and they’re easy to clean, which makes a difference. Shipping was normal, no drama with the order. Overall, I’m happy with the value and I’d probably buy another pair.

"Surprisingly good in the rain"
I’ve been caught in the rain twice wearing my Allbirds, they held up better than I expected. They’re not fully waterproof, so I wouldn’t recommend them for heavy downpours or puddle-hopping, but for light to moderate rain they stayed dry. The best part was they still felt comfortable afterward, with none of that weird damp shoe feeling. If you’re in the community wondering how they do in wet weather, I’d say they’re a solid choice as long as you’re not treating them like rain boots.

I was kind of worried I’d end up feeling trapped clicking around forever, but the site was actually really simple to use. I found my size quickly, checkout didn’t take long, and the pages loaded fine on my phone. No confusing menus or annoying dead ends, just easy to get around.

I bought the runners in size 10. they are very comfortable but are a little tight. i'm afraid that size 11 will be too big. any suggestions?

“I know you need to send them back in 30 days in new condition. I missed the deadline because I needed to travel before I had a chance to wear them. Now I'm stuck with shoes I will never wear.”

I have a pair of allbird slip on shoes that i bought about a year ago. there is a hole in the toe of one of the shoes. how common is this?

“I got a hole in my first pair and they replaced them - there is already a hole in the second pair and they were very clear that they would not replace them again. It has only been a couple of months.”
