"I have to echo many reviews here"
I have to echo many reviews here. Customer service is second to none. I bought the wrong pair of shoes for my wife and Allbirds’ customer service allowed me to return them even though they’d been worn. Saved me spending another £100+ on another pair. Cannot recommend Allbirds enough.

"A Lockdown treat for your feet!"
The customer service is excellent- my wool mizzles were not as water repellent as I expected and they have offered to refund them even though they have been worn. I bought the trainers for the summer as well as the socks and I
Absolutely LOVE both of them - they are so comfortable. I suffer from sore feet but these are definitely like wearing slippers. I would recommend them to anyone who likes walking and wants to treat their feet to a little luxury.

"Customer service was great, the product almost perfect"
I visited their NYC Soho store a year ago. I loved the customer service and initially, their shoes were fantastic, although the shoes could be slightly more chic. I give overall rating of 4 stars because even though the shoes initially felt great, they seem to lose the comfiness a little bit after a few months, unlike Stan Smiths (Adidas) that are my all-time favourite trainers.

I bought the runners in size 10. they are very comfortable but are a little tight. i'm afraid that size 11 will be too big. any suggestions?

“I know you need to send them back in 30 days in new condition. I missed the deadline because I needed to travel before I had a chance to wear them. Now I'm stuck with shoes I will never wear.”

I have a pair of allbird slip on shoes that i bought about a year ago. there is a hole in the toe of one of the shoes. how common is this?

“I got a hole in my first pair and they replaced them - there is already a hole in the second pair and they were very clear that they would not replace them again. It has only been a couple of months.”
